Puhti and Mahti login nodes and storage services are planned to remain available until 15 October 2026. Clean up unnecessary files and move any data you need to keep by 31 August 2026. VS Code Remote-SSH -lisäosa antaa muistin loppumiseen liittyvän virheen yhdistettäessä CSC:n supertietokoneisiin

Yhdistäminen CSC:n supertietokoneisiin VS Coden versiolla 1.101 tai sitä uudemmalla voi epäonnistua virheeseen Out of memory: Cannot allocate Wasm memory for new instance. Tämän ongelman välttämiseksi on kolme väliaikaista ratkaisua:

  1. Lisää CSC:n supertietokoneilla .bashrc-tiedostoosi rivi export NODE_OPTIONS="--disable-wasm-trap-handler", tai
  2. kasvata kirjautumissolmun virtuaalimuistin rajaa lisäämällä CSC:n supertietokoneilla .bashrc-tiedostoosi rivi ulimit -v "$(ulimit -Hv)", tai
  3. palauta VS Coden versioksi 1.100.
