CDO

CDO Climate Data Operators is a collection of command line tools to manipulate and analyse Climate and NWP model Data. Supported data formats are GRIB 1/2, netCDF 3/4, SERVICE, EXTRA and IEG. There are more than 600 operators available.

License

CDO is free to use and open source under the GNU General Public License, version 2.

Available

CDO is available with following versions:

• 2.6.0 - standalone executable with module load cdo command
• 2.5.0 - in the 3.14.5 python-geo module/container in Roihu

Usage

CDO is included in the modules listed above. It can be used when the module is loaded.
