This section covers CSC tools for working with AI agents, and tools that agents can use themselves.

Agent environment

CSC provides a ready-to-use container environment for running AI agents on its HPC systems. It includes MCP servers and skills that help agents carry out HPC tasks and make it easier to use agents responsibly on the cluster. See the agent environment page for details on using it on Roihu.

Before using agents on CSC systems, read the agent environment page and make sure you follow the CSC AI Agent Policy.

Responsibility

You are always responsible for what your agent does. Every command it runs is executed under your personal account.

Docs MCP server

CSC hosts an MCP server that lets AI agents search an up-to-date version of the CSC User Guide. See the CSC Documentation MCP server page for usage instructions.
